Also, thank goodness for Wimbledon - I've been doing my running on my lunch hour on the treadmill and Wimbledon is getting me through. In fact, I've also fallen off the treadmill a couple times when I shadow a player that is reaching for a shot and my body automatically leans with him. That's okay though, keeps the adrenaline pumping.
